Full time Sous Chef to join our small team.  As Sous Chef you must be able to work well under pressure and cook to a very high standard. We are looking for a Sous Chef who is hands on, a team player that shows enthusiasm, flair and dedication to cooking.  Experience in similar quality establishment is essential.  In return for a loyal, committed member of the team we offer a competitive salary and possible live in accommodation.
