Who Is This Use Case For?

This use case is for organizations that manage users and security with Active Directory and would like to efficiently manage this function from within Remote Desktop Manager.

The Problem

Remote Desktop Manager is a powerful, yet easy-to-use solution that enables organizations to manage all of their remote connections and credentials on a centralized platform.

However, organizations that also use Active Directory to manage users and security can find it time consuming and tedious to keep both solutions updated. While it is possible to manually import users from Active Directory into Remote Desktop Manager, this does not keep both solutions in sync.

The Solution

Devolutions Server enables organizations to fully integrate Active Directory within Remote Desktop Manager. As a result, user creation, user management, and folder permission settings are always in sync. This significantly improves user management, security, efficiency, and productivity across the organization.

How It Works

Devolutions Server supports full Active Directory integration. As such, it is possible to add one or multiple users inside a specific Active Directory group, which will then automatically synchronize with the user(s) account at the next login of Remote Desktop Manager.
